Hei Butter "Classic" is a dark, uniform blend of roasted black sesame and peanut butter: rich, mineral, unmistakably its own thing. "Swirl" brings those same two butters together as a marbled pour, where every scoop pulls a different ratio. Same ingredients. Different experience. Both worth having in your pantry at the same time.

This is the best way to start with Hei Butter. Try both and figure out which one you reach for first. Most people end up with a strong opinion.

Both jars carry the full nutritional weight of black sesame: calcium and iron that regular peanut butter doesn't have, antioxidants from black sesame's naturally occurring lignans, and a depth of flavor that makes everything else on the shelf taste like it's missing something.
